As of March 2026, 73.33% is owned by Foreign Promoters and 26.67% by Public.

Institutional holds 11.63% (Insurance Companies 3.42%) and Non-Institutional holds 15.04% as Public shareholders.

Top two Promoters holding highest number of shares of BASF India Lt company are BASF Societas Europaea (228.35 lakhs shares / 52.75%) and BASF Schweiz Ag (89.08 lakhs shares / 20.58%).
