Southern Gas has submitted to BSE the Shareholding Pattern for the Period Ended March 31, 2026

As of March 2026, 66.80% is owned by Indian Promoters and 33.20% by Public.

Institutional holds 13.94% (Insurance Companies 11.56%) and Non-Institutional holds 19.26% as Public shareholders.

Top four Promoters holding highest number of shares of Southern Gas company are Gautam Vithaldaspai Kakode (5675 shares / 25.22%), Yogita Gautam Pai Kakode (5656 shares / 25.14%), Foods And Beverages (India) Pvt Ltd (3300 shares / 14.67%) and Bangalore Oxygen Company Pvt Ltd (400 shares / 1.78%).
