Heranba Industries - Clarification Regarding Inadvertent Error In Name Of SMP

This is with reference to our earlier intimation dated April 09, 2026 submitted to the Exchange regarding the resignation of one of our Senior Management Personnel, We wish to inform you that due to an inadvertent clerical/typographical error, the name of the resigned Senior Management Personnel was mentioned as Mr. Manoj Kenjale instead of the correct name Mr. Mahesh Kenjale. Please find enclosed herewith, Clarification Letter in this regards.
