ICICI Bank - Certificate under SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018

ICICI Bank Limited has informed the Exchange about Certificate under Regulation 74(5) of SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended March 31, 2026, received from 3i Infotech Limited, Registrar to an Issue and Share Transfer Agent for bonds /debentures of the Bank.
