Riddhi Siddhi Gluco - Announcement Under Regulation 30 Of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015- Intimation Of Proposal Received From

With reference to Regulation 30 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations 2015, We hereby inform you that Riddhi Siddhi Gluco Biols Limited (\Company\) has received a proposal from Mr. Ganpatraj Chowdhary, promoter of the Company for his intention to Offer for Sale (\OFS\) of 8,23,422 equity shares of the Company held by him in order to comply with Minimum Public Shareholding (\MPS\) pursuant to order passed by Hon'ble Securities Appellate Tribunal (\SAT\) dated 09.03.2026.
