Pursuant to Regulation 34(1) of SEBI (LODR) 2015, enclosed herewith the Annual Report for the Financial Year 2024-25. Please note that Nitin Fire Protection Industries Limited was admitted under Liquidation and the powers of the Board of Directors have been suspended and such powers are vested with Mr. Uliyar Balakrishna Bhat. In this respect it is pertinent to note that the Annual General Meeting for the financial year 2024-25 could not be convened by the Company.
