Hem Holdings - Board Meeting Outcome for For Considering The Reclassification Application Received From M/S. Sim Prabha Estat

Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations 2015, the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on Wednesday, the 01st day of April, 2026 held via video conferencing which commenced at 04:00 P.M. and concluded at 04:30 P.M., noted the request letter received from M/s. Sim Prabha Estates & Trading Co.(P) Ltd having CIN: U70101MH1984PTC034405 dated 23rd March, 2026 seeking reclassification of its status from the 'Promoter Group' category to the 'Public' category in terms of Regulation 31 A of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. \r\n\r\nAfter due consideration, the Board decided to decline the said request for promoter reclassification at this stage, due to pending procedural requirements.\r\n\r\nYou are requested to take the above information on your record.
