Maruti Suzuki India Ltd reported a 16.72% year-on-year increase in total sales at 2,25,251 units in March 2026, compared to 1,92,984 units in the same month last year.

Domestic passenger vehicle sales stood at 1,66,219 units, up 10.27% from 1,50,743 units in March 2025, reflecting steady demand in the local market.

Sales of mini cars, including Alto and S-Presso, were largely stable at 11,741 units as against 11,655 units in the year-ago period.
