Mrs. Bectors Food Sp - Intimation Of Commencement Of Commercial Production At Khopoli, Maharashtra ('Khopoli Project')

Pursuant to regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR), 2015, we wish to inform that new bakery facility of the Company's Subsidiary Company Bakebest Foods Private Limited at Khopoli has commenced commercial production w.e.f. March 31, 2026. The capacity has an installed capacity for bakery products of 36,464 metric tonne per annum.
