Adani Green Energy Limited (AGEL), through its stepdown subsidiaries, has successfully operationalized a total of 951 MW of renewable energy projects across Baiya in Rajasthan (251 MW) and Khavda in Gujarat (700 MW).
With the commissioning of these projects, AGEL’s total operational renewable energy capacity has risen to 18,933.3 MW, further strengthening its position in India’s clean energy sector.
The projects were declared commercially operational late on March 29, 2026, following necessary regulatory approvals, with power generation commencing from March 30, 2026.
The commissioned capacity includes multiple solar and hybrid projects executed via special purpose vehicles (SPVs), such as Adani Hybrid Energy Jaisalmer Five Limited and Adani Solar Energy Jodhpur Six Limited. The Rajasthan portfolio comprises primarily solar installations totaling 251 MW, while the overall addition includes a mix of solar and hybrid capacities contributing to the 951 MW expansion.
This development marks another step in AGEL’s ongoing expansion of its renewable energy footprint across key regions in India.
