Surana & Co., Chartered Accountants, Jaipur (Firm Registration No. 001079C) as Tax Auditor of the Company for the financial year 2025-26, which is recommended by the Audit Committee. A brief profile of S.S. Surana & Co., Chartered Accountants is enclosed as Annexure A. b) The re-appointment of Mr. Naveen Kumar Vijayvargiya S/o. Shri Ram Prakash Vijayvargiya (PAN: AVNPV9111H) as Internal Auditor of the Company for the financial year 2026-27, which is recommended by the Audit Committee. A brief profile of Mr. Naveen Kumar Vijayvargiya is enclosed as Annexure A.
