Lumax Auto Technologies Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors at their Meeting held today i.e., Friday, March 27, 2026, have, inter-alia, considered and approved the proposal for investment in Lumax Alps Alpine India Private Limited (LAAIPL), a Joint Venture Company in the form of equity for an amount upto Rs. 7 Crores.
