The Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today, i.e; March 27, 2026 have inter-alia, considered and approved the proposal for investment in Lumax Alps Alpine India Private Limited (LAAIPL), a Joint Venture Company in the form of equity for an amount upto Rs. 7 Crores.
