This is to inform you that the Company has completed acquisition of 100% paid up equity share capital of HSDL Innovative Private Limited. Consequent to the said acquisition, HSDL Innovative Private Limited has become Wholly Owned Subsidary of Hamps Bio Limited w.e.f. 25.03.2026.
