Hariyana Ship-Br - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Credit Rating

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulation 2015, we wish to inform you that Acuite Ratings and Research Limited, a credit Rating Agency, vide its press release dated March 19, 2026 has downgraded its rating on the long term bank facility of the Company to \ACUITE BB\ from \ACUITE BB+\ for facilities amounting to Rs. 25 crore and has re-affirmed the rating on short term bank facilities at \ACUITE A4+\ for facilities amounting to Rs. 200 crore.
