The Information required pursuant to regulation 30 is enclosed as Annexure 1.\r\nFurther, it is hereby informed that the ceased to be a promoter of the company in accordance with the regulation 31A (6) of the SEBI LODR Regulations,2015.\r\nKindly note that the transmission of shares held by the deceased, will be carried out on due course in accordance with applicable laws.
