NBCC (India) Ltd will execute the ambitious Rajasthan Mandapam and allied infrastructure project in Jaipur, with a total estimated cost of over Rs 5,800 crore, marking a major boost to the state’s urban development and global positioning.

The project, to be developed by RIICO near Jaipur International Airport, will span over 90 acres with a built-up area exceeding 94 lakh sq ft. It will feature a world-class convention centre, expo halls, IT and Global Capability Centre (GCC) spaces, hotels, retail and residential zones, a natural history museum, and riverfront developments.

At the core of the project is the Rajasthan Mandapam Convention Centre, designed to host international events, exhibitions, and cultural programs, including a main auditorium with a seating capacity of around 6,500.

NBCC will implement the project through a self-financing model, ensuring efficiency and transparency. The company is expected to float tenders in April, moving the project into the execution phase.

The development is expected to enhance Jaipur’s infrastructure, boost tourism and business activity, and position the city as a global hub for conventions and cultural exchange.
