Telephone Cables - Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP)-Public Announcement

As per the Provision of section 15 of Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, 2016 read with Regulation 6 of IBBI(CIRP) Regulations 2016, the IRP has made a public announcement inviting claims from the creditors of the Corporate Debtor, M/s, Telehone Cables Limited in three news papers namely , The Tribune (\English Edition\), Punjabi jagran (\Punjabi Edition\) and Amar Ujala (\Hindi Edition\) on 21.02.2026. In this regard all the creditors of the above mentioned company may please files their claim of the outstanding dues before the last date of the submission of claims as mentioned in the Public Announcement.
