Mahindra EPC Irrigation Ltd has been awarded a contract worth about Rs 17.95 crore for the supply of micro irrigation systems under a community micro irrigation project.

The contract has been awarded by the Office of the Assistant Engineer, Water User Association, for the supply of pressurised micro irrigation systems covering 3,591 hectares.

The order is domestic in nature and is expected to be executed within 12 months.

The company also clarified that promoters or promoter group entities do not have any interest in the awarding entity, and the contract does not fall under related party transactions.
