Balkrishna Paper Mills Limited has informed the Exchange about General Updates;Pursuant to Regulation 30 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the said Regulations, we hereby inform you that the Company is disposing of machineries situated at our factory at Ambivali. Letter is attached.The further details of same as per SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 are attached and marked as Annexure-1 to this letter.You are requested to take the above on your records.
