HLE Glascoat - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Updates on Acquisition

HLE Glascoat Limited has informed the Exchange about Update on Acquisition that the Company has successfully set up a following captive power generation facility, for the Company, through Clean Max Anchorage Pvt. Ltd. in the state of Gujarat :\r\n- Solar power capacity of 2.31 MWp and\r\n- Wind power capacity of 3.30 MW\r\nand the captive power generation has been successfully commissioned on 13/03/2026.
