A subsidiary of Bondada Engineering Limited, Bondada Green Engineering Private Limited, has received a work order from Pratap Technocrats Private Limited for the supply of 40-meter towers.

The order includes the supply of 40M towers along with hardware, foundation bolts, and foundation templates. The contract, awarded by a domestic entity, is valued at approximately Rs 35.40 crore (including GST) and is scheduled to be executed by October 2026.

The company clarified that the promoter or promoter group has no interest in the entity awarding the order, and the transaction does not fall under related-party transactions.
