As of March 2026, 45.95% is owned by Indian Promoters and 54.05% by Public.

Top three Promoters holding highest number of shares of Cupid company are Aditya Kumar Halwasiya (4416.42 lakhs shares / 32.84%), Columbia Petro Chem Private Limited (1741.99 lakhs shares / 12.95%) and Ekta Halwasiya (20.07 lakhs shares / 0.15%).
