Artificial Elec. - Intimation Of Trading Approval Received For The Preferential Allotment Of Fully Paid-Up Equity Shares Purs

With reference to in-principle application made by the company on 19th June, 2025 regarding the preferential issue of fully paid-up equity shares purusant to conversion of warrants by the company, we would like to inform you that the company has received trading approval from BSE Limited for preferential Allotment of 9,50,000 fully paid-up equity shares pursuant to conversion of warrants.
