Pursuant to Regulation 30 and all other applicable provisions of securities and Exchanges Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended (\SEBI Listing Regulations\) read with Schedule III to the Listing Regulations, we hereby inform the Exchange that, the Company has received approval from NSE vide letter no.
