To Shift the Registered Office of the Company from ROC Mumbai II To ROC Mumbai I within the same state of Maharashtra.\r\n2. To appoint Mr. Rahim Narsingdani as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company, subject to approval of Members in the ensuing General Meeting.\r\n3. Any other matter with the permission of Chair and with the consent of a majority of the Directors present in the Meeting including at least one Independent Director.
