Blue Chip Tex Ind. - Notice Of 1St Extra-Ordinary General Meeting For FY 2025-26, Book Closure And Cut-Off Date For E-Voting

It is hereby informed that EGM will be held on 31st March 2026 at 12.30 p.m. through VC and Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of Company will remain closed from 24th March 2026 to 31st March 2026 (both days inclusive) and cut off date for remote e-voting will be from 24th March 2026. The remote e-voting will commence on 27th March 2026 at 9.00 a.m. and end on 30th March 2026 at 5.00 p.m.
