Vishnusurya Projects and Infra Limited has informed the Exchange about (1) The incorporation of a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 with the name and style of Vishnusurya Projects and Infra Thoothukudi Private Limited or such other name as may be approved by the Registrar of Companies, Chennai.(2) The proposal to make an investment up to Rs. 5,00,00,000 (Rupees Five Crores only) in CWS Private Limited, a Special Purpose Vehicle to be incorporated, by way of subscription to equity shares and/or by providing corporate guarantee and/or debt, as may be required, in connection with the project for Implementation of Continuous Water Supply of Pallipattu WDS & Thiruvanmiyur WDS under Area XIII of Chennai City under Hybrid Annuity Model (HAM) basis.
