Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 31A of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations'), we wish to inform you that the Company has submitted an application to BSE Limited on February 17, 2026 for seeking No Objection to the proposed reclassification of Mr. Vishal Thakkar from the 'Promoter/Promoter Group' category to the 'Public' category.
