Hind Aluminium Ind. - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Updates on Acquisition

In continuation of our earlier intimation dated 04th February 2026 and 13th February 2026, and pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that the Company has executed a Business Transfer Agreement ('BTA') with Nirav Commercials Limited. The said BTA shall become effective subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company.
