The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.22 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.59 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 62.71 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 25.86 per cent at Rs 22.44 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 17.83 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 30.20 per cent to Rs 22.42 crore from Rs 17.22 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 0.00 per cent at Rs 0.50 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.00 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 96.72 per cent to Rs 0.02 crore as against Rs 0.61 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 97.37 per cent in December quarter.

Taxation increased by 0.00 per cent at Rs 0.07 crore (Dec'24 Rs 0.00 crore).
