The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.57 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.84 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 32.14 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 38.89 per cent at Rs 154.79 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 253.29 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 39.70 per cent to Rs 148.44 crore from Rs 246.17 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 8.70 per cent at Rs 0.21 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.23 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 10.80 per cent to Rs 6.36 crore as against Rs 7.13 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 46.26 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 9.97 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.89 crore, while Taxation increased by 22.50 per cent at Rs 0.49 crore (Dec'24 Rs 0.40 crore).
