The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 3.95 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 2.99 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 32.11 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 7.34 per cent at Rs 122.37 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 114.00 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 5.60 per cent to Rs 118.62 crore from Rs 112.33 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 18.67 per cent at Rs 3.05 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 3.75 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 32.29 per cent to Rs 9.26 crore as against Rs 7.00 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 23.29 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 2.54 per cent y-o-y to Rs 3.07 crore, while Taxation increased by 21.24 per cent at Rs 1.37 crore (Dec'24 Rs 1.13 crore).
