The company reported standalone net profit during the quarter stood at Rs 0.04 crore compared to net loss of Rs 0.04 crore in the previous year quarter.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 19.42 per cent at Rs 12.32 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 15.29 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 13.70 per cent to Rs 11.91 crore from Rs 13.80 crore in year ago period.

Operating Profit slipped by 73.15 per cent to Rs 0.40 crore as against Rs 1.49 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 66.36 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 56.96 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.34 crore, while Taxation increased by 200.00 per cent at Rs 0.01 crore (Dec'24 Rs -0.01 crore).
