The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 10.18 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 3.86 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 163.73 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 23.42 per cent at Rs 63.66 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 51.58 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 8.39 per cent to Rs 49.50 crore from Rs 45.67 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 280.00 per cent at Rs 0.57 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.15 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 139.19 per cent to Rs 14.16 crore as against Rs 5.92 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 93.90 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 71.43 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.06 crore, while Taxation increased by 154.69 per cent at Rs 3.26 crore (Dec'24 Rs 1.28 crore).
