The Board approved the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company along with the Limited Review Report for the quarter and Nine Months ended on 31st December, 2025. The Board took note of the completion of the tenure of Mr. Janak Raj Sharma (DIN: 07420418) as an Independent Director of the Company. Mr. Janak Raj Sharma has completed two consecutive terms of five (5) years each and accordingly ceased to be an Independent Director of the Company upon the close of business hours on 12th February, 2026.
