The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.11 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 2.96 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 62.50 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 41.03 per cent at Rs 153.21 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 108.64 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 41.12 per cent to Rs 143.97 crore from Rs 102.02 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 20.59 per cent at Rs 0.27 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.34 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 39.79 per cent to Rs 9.24 crore as against Rs 6.61 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 0.99 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 244.14 per cent y-o-y to Rs 3.82 crore, while Taxation decreased by 53.57 per cent at Rs 0.39 crore (Dec'24 Rs 0.84 crore).
