Jagjanani Textiles - Board Meeting Outcome for Outcome Of The Board Meeting Held On Friday 13Th February, 2026 And Submission

Pursuant to Regulations 33 and other applicable regulations of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform that the Board of Directors of JAGJANANI TEXTILES LIMITED 'the Company' at its meeting held today i.e. Friday, 13th February, 2026 has inter-alia transacted the following business:\r\n1. approved Un-Audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the Third Quarter and Nine Months ended on 31st December, 2025; and \r\n\r\n2. took on record 'Limited Review Report' thereon issued by M/s. Rajeshkumar P. Shah & Co, Statutory Auditors of the Company.
