The company reported standalone net loss during the quarter stood at Rs 4.13 crore as compared to net loss of Rs 9.53 crore in the previous year quarter.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 58.78 per cent at Rs 3.38 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 8.20 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 82.73 per cent to Rs 2.75 crore from Rs 15.92 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 47300.00 per cent at Rs 4.74 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.01 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 108.16 per cent to Rs 0.63 crore as against Rs -7.72 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 119.80 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 346.90 per cent y-o-y to Rs 6.48 crore, while Taxation decreased by 56.75 per cent at Rs -1.41 crore (Dec'24 Rs -3.26 crore).
