The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.31 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.24 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 29.17 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose triple digit by 109.06 per cent at Rs 13.84 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 6.62 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 126.96 per cent to Rs 13.05 crore from Rs 5.75 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 50.00 per cent at Rs 0.18 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.12 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 9.20 per cent to Rs 0.79 crore as against Rs 0.87 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 56.85 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 7.94 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.68 crore, while Taxation decreased by 333.33 per cent at Rs -0.14 crore (Dec'24 Rs 0.06 crore).
