The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 4.93 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 6.57 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 24.96 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 3.80 per cent at Rs 121.61 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 117.16 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 6.17 per cent to Rs 114.06 crore from Rs 107.43 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 4.58 per cent at Rs 1.37 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 1.31 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 22.40 per cent to Rs 7.55 crore as against Rs 9.73 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 25.27 per cent in December quarter.

Taxation decreased by 24.11 per cent at Rs 1.70 crore (Dec'24 Rs 2.24 crore).
