Amalgamated Elec. - Board Meeting Outcome for Outcome Of Board Meeting

Pursuant to the Regulation 30 read with Schedule III and 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015 ('SEBI Listing Regulations'), we hereby inform you that the Board of Directors of Amalgamated Electricity Company Limited ('the Company') at its meeting held today i.e. Friday, February 13, 2026 have inter alia, approved the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025.
