The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.56 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.08 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 600.00 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose three fold by 4070.85 per cent at Rs 279.03 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 6.69 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 3545.37 per cent to Rs 279.60 crore from Rs 7.67 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 18.84 per cent at Rs 1.64 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 1.38 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 42.42 per cent to Rs -0.57 crore as against Rs -0.99 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 98.64 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 100.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.04 crore, while Taxation increased by 89.47 per cent at Rs 0.36 crore (Dec'24 Rs 0.19 crore).
