The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 8.04 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.19 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 4131.58 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose three fold by 2111.70 per cent at Rs 20.79 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 0.94 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 615.28 per cent to Rs 10.30 crore from Rs 1.44 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 44.71 per cent at Rs 0.47 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.85 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 2198.00 per cent to Rs 10.49 crore as against Rs -0.50 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 194.35 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 83.33 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.01 crore, while Taxation increased by 0.00 per cent at Rs 2.82 crore (Dec'24 Rs 0.00 crore).
