The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.85 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.46 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 84.78 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 20.08 per cent at Rs 23.36 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 29.23 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 26.16 per cent to Rs 18.94 crore from Rs 25.65 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 64.10 per cent at Rs 1.28 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.78 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 23.46 per cent to Rs 4.42 crore as against Rs 3.58 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 54.49 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 57.46 per cent y-o-y to Rs 3.59 crore
