The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 4.09 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 3.36 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 21.73 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 42.28 per cent at Rs 268.40 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 188.64 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 41.22 per cent to Rs 250.32 crore from Rs 177.25 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 24.39 per cent at Rs 0.51 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.41 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 58.74 per cent to Rs 18.08 crore as against Rs 11.39 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 11.59 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 67.68 per cent y-o-y to Rs 11.00 crore, while Taxation increased by 214.29 per cent at Rs 2.20 crore (Dec'24 Rs 0.70 crore).
