Jumbo Finance Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 13/02/2026 ,inter alia, to consider and approve that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company which was scheduled to be held today, i.e., 12.02.2026, to consider and approve the financial results, could not be convened due to non-receipt of the Limited Review Report (LRR).\r\n\r\nFurther, the Statutory Auditor was unable to generate the UDIN (Unique Document Identification Number) owing to technical issues on the ICAI portal.\r\n\r\nAccordingly, the said Board Meeting has been rescheduled and will now be held on tomorrow, i.e., 13.02.2026, at the same time, 04.00 p.m. to transact the same agenda.\r\n\r\nThis is for your information and records.\r\n\r\nKindly acknowledge the Receipt.\r\n
