The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 38.24 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 68.13 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 43.87 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 20.91 per cent at Rs 433.55 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 548.18 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 15.45 per cent to Rs 389.04 crore from Rs 460.12 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 92.17 per cent at Rs 13.26 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 6.90 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 49.47 per cent to Rs 44.50 crore as against Rs 88.06 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 36.05 per cent in December quarter.

Interest declined by 83.93 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.09 crore, while Taxation decreased by 42.56 per cent at Rs 13.47 crore (Dec'24 Rs 23.45 crore).
