The Company is in receipt of Letter of Acceptance dated February 12, 2026 from NBCC (India) Limited for the project: Redevelopement of GPRA Colony at Netaji Nagar, New Delhi- SH - Construction of Type - V Quarters (540 Nos), Community Hall, Miscellenous Buildings (Main Gate, Swatch Bharat Toilets, ESS) including allied works on Design, Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) basis including Operation and Maintenance for 5 Years (PKG-VI) for the total contract cost amounting to Rs. 615,53,25,203/- (Rupees Six Hundred Fifteen Crores Fifty Three Lakhs Thwenty Five Thousand Two Hundred and Three Only) which is inclusive of all taxes, duties, cess, statutory levis.
