The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 228.06 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 251.85 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 9.45 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 6.21 per cent at Rs 248.96 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 265.44 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 9.61 per cent to Rs 3.08 crore from Rs 2.81 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 36.60 per cent at Rs 0.97 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 1.53 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 6.38 per cent to Rs 245.88 crore as against Rs 262.63 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 0.18 per cent in December quarter.

Interest grew by 57.68 per cent y-o-y to Rs 18.37 crore, while Taxation decreased by 36.92 per cent at Rs 0.41 crore (Dec'24 Rs 0.65 crore).
